And so she sneaks up the stairs and in through the back door, and she's got the drop on him, and he's definitely quite like he looks like he's probably on drugs.

Yeah. And so the qu line of question has gone that round are you sure it's a gun? Are sure it's gone because we didn't see a gun, and maybe then you started to question it.

She's wearing a distinctive kind of almost like crocheted kind of outfit, and we see it there. The next time we see it's covered in blood, and he washes the blood all over himself. I thought he was going like full red dragon or something here.

And he kind of is you know, is charming, they end up going for dinner. Well, he's clearly infatuated with her almost from the instant he meets her as well. And well, I think the fact that she was able to pull the trigger is one of the things that you know he wants to feel that power as well. She did it, he saw her first, he's now got the the gun that was, you know, nearly pulled against her, and he's using that. So it was all kind of wound up in this infatuation.

So now we've got Ron Silver, who we know is the bad guy, she knows is the bad guy, but nobody in the police again will really believe her about anything.

So she watches that spot to see what's going on, and then Clancy Brown goes with he's watching her because he fancies her a bit and wants to keep her safe, maybe. She makes the crazy decision to handcuff him. I thought this was amazing. Uh what follows after. Yeah.

So she chins the secure the copper who's guarding her men and then goes back and She takes his uniform. Gets her uniform, he takes his uniform, is it? Yeah. Which fits her perfect perfectly. Uh it's a rewrite from what the it was gonna be originally. She was originally gonna be completely nude during the climactic gunfight. That made total sense. They did change that. And so then she goes back out on patrol in this guy's uniform, and eventually she'll catch up with him. Shootout in the subway. There's a sh shootout on the subway first. I think they're both shot in that. And then a shootout in like Times Square or Wall Street, maybe.

And and she's like, Oh I I honestly couldn't under couldn't make out if she was g gay or she was straight in this film. Because you know when she was in the police uniform and she smiles at those girls and they both turn around like, oh my god, you look so sexy early in the film. And then she she speaks to that guy, and he's like, Oh, you're a cop. Oh, and then she's like, Oh wait, your car is this and your license has expired and whatever, and then gives him a kiss, and I'm like, There's no chemistry.

Um It certainly wasn't one of my favourite films. It's the best film I've ever seen. Well, I know that's how you feel about it. I I managed to to get the way through it, primarily I think for Ron Silver and his mega acting and his his you know, him being the villain, more than for Jamie Lee Curtis in this, which I think she's done better work. I but the directing was was was good. I thought, you know, it was it came. It's obvious time for sure, 90s, early 90s. Yeah, but there were some nice shots and and the slow mo scenes when they're kind of shooting and things that I thought were. Well the gun and set stuff was fucking hot as well. Yeah, well that's it. Who like who doesn't love people washing themselves in blood? But yeah, it wasn't a film that I'm gonna give a strong recommend to. Hmm. I would give it a medium to just give it a blue recommend. Yeah, there you go. In on the colour chart, it would be something like blue rather than red hot. Yeah.
